    • We can accept payment over the telephone. Bank transfers (BACS) are accepted; orders will be dispatched once cleared funds are received.

7. Delivery & Lost Goods

  • Deliveries are made via tracked courier services. If goods are lost in transit, we will file a claim and issue a replacement.
    • If a replacement is dispatched urgently and the original parcel later arrives, you must return it to us at your own cost.

8. Cancellations & Returns

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery.
    • If your order has already been shipped, you must refuse delivery or return it at your own expense. Refunds are issued once goods are returned in a saleable condition.
    • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
