Lights 4 You – Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Lights 4 You. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our returns policy is designed to make the process simple and fair.
1. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
- You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover any return postage costs.
- Please provide photos of the fault/damage where possible, to help us process your return quickly.
3. Exclusions
- We cannot accept returns on any lights that have been unravelled and used
- All lights must be returned in a saleable condition with no damage to the box or labels (other than those on the light sets) and item(s) returned in this manner will be subject to a fee for re-boxing which will be deducted from the final refund
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving your returned item.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
5. How to Return an Item
- Email us at info@lights4you.co.uk with your order number, details of the item, and reason for return.
- We’ll provide instructions as to where to return this and the cost of retrun postage is the customers responsibility
- Package the item securely and send it back to us.
