LED Icicle Lights – Connecting Instructions
The most popular light set for decorating the outside of your home at Christmas is definitely the Icicle Light as with our String Light they are connectable and are available in two colours, Ice White and Warm White LED.
Lights 4 You stocks two types of Icicle Light
Connecting Multi-function Icicle Lights – these are the same sets that Costco Wholesale have been stocking for the last 10 years, the come in a 4mtr set in both Warm White & Ice White (Lights 4 You also stock the 2mtr sections) You can connect up to 60mtrs from power source.
Connecting Static and Flashing Icicle Lights – these lights connect in the same way as the LED String & Net Lights, see connecting String Light & Net Light instructions
Remove the shrink tube from the end of the first set of lights and then unscrew the end caps and dispose of them.
To connect the extra set, take the shrink tube from out of the box and slot over the connectors as shown above.
Now you are ready to connect the two sets together, line the arrows up and the opposite connectors and connect together, make sure the arrows are lined up, otherwise the lights will not work.
If your lights are still not working, please ensure that the 1 wire connect is connected to it opposite one wire connector and the same with the 2-wire connector (as illustrated in the picture below).
WARNING Only compatible light sets can be connected together, you cannot connect a single connector product with a double connector product. If you do this will cause irreparable damage.
Installation couldn’t be easier. If you wish to extend your set then you need to purchase an additional light string and follow our easy to use instructions.
