Standard Delivery

• Orders received before 10am (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
• We aim to deliver next working day, but during peak periods deliveries may take longer due to courier traffic.
• Delivery is usually within 1–2 working days.
• Please note: next day delivery cannot be guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays and refunds will not be issued for late deliveries.

Economy Courier (up to 20kg)

• Available for parcels up to 20kg.
• No signature is required. Deliveries will be left in a designated safe place.
• A tracking reference will be provided by email/text once your order has been dispatched.

Courier Options

At checkout you can choose from the following services:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £5.00
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £4.15
• Evri (1–2 days) – £5.10
• DHL (1–2 days) – £8.10

Other Delivery Areas

• Orders to UK Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles will automatically default to Royal Mail delivery.
• For deliveries to Southern Ireland or Europe, please contact us at info@lights4you.co.uk for a quote.
